"I don't photograph well" usually means nobody directed you

Most people aren't awkward in front of a camera — they've just never been told what to do with their hands, where to look, or which side of their face the light should be on. That's the photographer's job, and it's most of what a session actually is.

Session Types

What people book

For your business

Personal branding

Headshots and full-length working portraits for agents, coaches, consultants, and anyone whose face is part of the product. Shot to give you a library you can post from for months, not one photo you're already tired of.

Gulf coast

Beach portraits

The hour before sunset on the Gulf, which is the reason half of Southwest Florida looks the way it does in photographs. Individuals, couples, and families.

Editorial

Full-length & fashion sessions

Styled, directed, and lit properly. For portfolios, milestones, or the simple fact that you want one good set of photographs of yourself.

Together

Couples & groups

Two people or twelve. Group portraits that don't look like everyone was told to say cheese at slightly different times.

The big one

Weddings

Beach ceremonies, barn receptions, and everything between. Shot the way the day actually runs — the getting-ready chaos and the quiet bit nobody noticed, not just the formal line-ups.

For brands

Product & commercial

Owners, teams, and products photographed on location. For businesses that need images of real people using a real thing, rather than another stock photo.

How A Session Runs

You will be told what to do, kindly

The photographs people like most are almost never the ones they posed for.

Tanya's background is live events and editorial work — environments where you don't get to stop and set up, and where the good frame happens somewhere between the planned ones. That carries over. Sessions are directed continuously: small adjustments, constant feedback, and enough conversation that you forget to be self-conscious about a third of the way in.

Everything is shot on a full-frame Canon EOS 5D with L-series glass and edited in Adobe Lightroom — real colour, real skin, no plastic retouching.
