Real estate photography and 9:16 vertical video for Southwest Florida agents. Every room gets a trained eye on it before the shutter fires — then it's in your inbox within 24 hours. Your listing goes live while your competition is still waiting on their photographer.
Slow photographers in Sarasota & North Port are quietly costing you listings
Every top agent in Sarasota, North Port, and Port Charlotte is fighting for the same three days of attention: the moment a listing hits the market. Most photographers don't understand that — and you're the one paying for it.
A 3–5 day turnaround misses your Thursday listing window
By the time the gallery arrives, your seller has already asked why the house "still isn't up" anywhere. You spend day one of the listing apologizing instead of marketing.
You lose the first 72 hours of buyer traffic
MLS syndication, Zillow's "just listed" boost, and buyer-agent alerts all reward speed. A slow photographer quietly pushes your listing to the back of the algorithm before it ever gets a chance.
Flat photos of a cluttered room get zero engagement
A folder of straight-on shots — dead lamps, crooked cushions, a counter full of clutter — might satisfy the MLS. It does nothing on Instagram. No engagement means no reach, and the only person who sees your marketing is the seller who already hired you.
Southwest Florida's real estate media partner — not just another photographer
A photographer's job ends when they hand you a memory card. A media partner's job is to make sure the listing gets seen, gets shared, and gets sold — by your sellers, your buyers, and the next client deciding whether to list with you.
In a market where every agent claims "professional photography," three things actually separate the work: how fast it lands, whether it was built for the feed, and whether anyone properly looked at the room before shooting it. Rejuveself was built around all three.
Most photographers shoot the room exactly as they find it
Tanya has spent thirty years designing and making clothing — wedding dresses through to children's wear — a trade she learned from her mother, who did it for forty-five. She's a certified home decorator who has drawn up her own layouts for kitchen and remodelling projects. Ten minutes before the camera comes out of the bag, she walks the property and tells you what's helping and what's hurting.
Thirty years of making things fit teaches you when a room doesn't.

01
The fixes that take ten minutes
Clutter off the counters, cords tucked away, the dead bulb swapped, the bin out of frame, the bed straightened. Small things nobody photographs around — and buyers notice every one of them.
-
02
The angle that opens the room
A chair pulled back, a lamp shifted, a cushion squared. Minor adjustments that clear the sightline so a room reads at its actual size instead of smaller.
-
03
The light, before Lightroom has to rescue it
Blinds set to a consistent angle, warm and cool bulbs separated, lamps on or off deliberately. Colour that's right in camera never has to be repaired in post.

An honest list of what she can't fix
If a room needs paint, a rug, or one piece of furniture moved out entirely, you'll hear it — while there's still time to act, not after forty photos are already taken.
To be clear: this isn't staging
Tanya doesn't arrive with a furniture truck, and she won't redecorate your seller's home. What you get is a trained eye, ten minutes of hands-on tidying and adjustment, and a straight answer about what would make the property photograph better. If a listing genuinely needs professional staging, she'll tell you that too — before the photos are taken, not after.
And this is exactly why it's fast
Speed isn't a shortcut here — it's the by-product. When the room is already right in camera, there's nothing to rescue in Lightroom at midnight. Photographers who shoot a cluttered, badly-lit room need three days because they're repairing the photo afterwards. Tanya doesn't, because she sorted the room first.
A maker's eye, an editorial photographer's instincts
Before real estate, Tanya spent years shooting live events, editorial portraits, and full-length fashion sessions across Southwest Florida — learning how to direct a room, chase the light, and catch the frame that makes people stop scrolling.
The other half is older than that. She grew up in her mother's workroom — forty-five years of custom clothing design and tailoring, backed by an engineering and construction degree — and has been designing and sewing for thirty years herself, from wedding dresses to children's clothes. She's a certified home decorator, has drawn her own layouts for kitchen and remodelling work, and studied architecture and design for a year through a Milan-based online programme. Your listing gets both: a photographer's instincts and a maker's read on proportion.
She runs the same full-frame Canon EOS 5D — wrapped in that unmistakable yellow rubber case — for weddings, brand shoots, and your next listing. If a photographer shows up in Sarasota or North Port carrying a canary-yellow camera, that's Tanya.

Book The Luxury PackageAI enhancement, done honestly
Empty rooms don't sell. Neither does a flat grey sky over a Florida exterior. Add any of these to any package and they arrive with the same gallery.
AI Virtual Staging
Furnish an empty room so buyers can picture themselves living there instead of doing math about square footage. Chosen to suit the actual architecture of the space, at a scale that keeps the room reading large.
Virtual Twilight
Turn a midday exterior into that warm dusk shot that stops the scroll — without waiting for the light or booking a second visit.
Sky Replacement
Overcast day, blown-out white sky, or rain on the only day the seller was available? Replaced with a clean Florida blue that matches the scene's own light.
Digital Decluttering
Cars off the driveway, bins off the kerb, cables off the wall. For the things that couldn't be moved on shoot day.
Every enhanced image comes labelled — and with the original
Virtually staged and sky-replaced photos are delivered clearly marked, alongside the untouched original. Your MLS disclosure stays clean, your seller knows exactly what was done, and the buyer's first walkthrough matches what they saw online. Enhancement should win you the click, never a complaint.
Canon EOS 5D, L-series glass, Adobe Lightroom
Rooms that look like the size buyers were promised.
Shot on a full-frame Canon EOS 5D, so every room reads bright, true-to-scale, and inviting — never the dark, cramped feel that cropped-sensor and smartphone shots produce.
Sharp corner-to-corner, even in tight Florida floor plans.
Canon's L-series ultra-wides capture a full room without bowing walls or ceilings — so listings look spacious and accurate, not like a fisheye gimmick that gets called out at the showing.
Colours buyers trust, not colours that get flagged.
Every image is professionally colour-corrected in Lightroom for true, vibrant accuracy — bright enough to stop the scroll, honest enough to survive the in-person walkthrough.

Beyond the listing
The Agent Brand Session
Tanya's other life is event, editorial, and full-length portrait photography — the work that makes a person look like the confident professional they already are. Turned on you instead of a listing, one afternoon gets you a quarter's worth of content, so your feed doesn't go quiet between deals.
- Headshots & full-length branding portraits
- 3–5 vertical video concepts, ready to post
- Styled and directed, not just pointed at
- One-time booking — no retainer, no contract
Renovation & construction photography
Southwest Florida's rebuild boom needs documentation too. Before/after sets, progress shoots for permitting, and a finished-project gallery builders can use to win their next bid — same full-frame quality, same fast turnaround as a listing shoot.
- Before & after documentation
- Progress & permit-ready photos
- Finished-project portfolio galleries
- Same 24-hour delivery guarantee
Frequently asked questions
How fast is delivery, exactly?
Photo packages are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, guaranteed. Shoot by 5 PM and the gallery is in your inbox by 8 PM the next day. The Luxury Comprehensive — 60+ photos plus two separate video edits — is guaranteed within 48 hours. If Tanya misses the window, you pay half.
Do you stage the property before shooting?
Not in the professional-staging sense — Tanya doesn't bring in furniture or redecorate. What's included in every package, at no extra charge, is a pre-shoot walkthrough. She is a certified home decorator with thirty years in clothing design and hands-on remodelling experience, so she reads each room first, spends about ten minutes on the fixes that take ten minutes (clutter, cords, lighting, furniture angles, making the beds), and gives you a straight list of anything bigger that would help. If a listing genuinely needs professional staging, you'll hear that before the shoot rather than after. It's also why the turnaround is fast — a room that's right in camera doesn't need rescuing in post.
How much does real estate photography cost in Sarasota and North Port?
Packages start at $250 and range to $475+ for a full luxury media package. The $250 tier covers a 24-hour photo gallery; higher tiers add a 9:16 vertical video and a cinematic property tour. The pre-shoot walkthrough is included in every tier.
Do you offer drone or aerial photography?
Not currently. Tanya is working toward her FAA Part 107 certification, and flying commercially without it is neither legal nor insurable — so she won't do it. If a listing genuinely needs aerial coverage, tell her and she'll help you coordinate a certified pilot. Straight answer beats a nice-sounding one.
Does Rejuveself offer vertical video for Instagram Reels and TikTok?
Yes. Every Social Seller and Luxury package includes a 9:16 vertical walkthrough, shot and cut specifically for Reels and TikTok — not a horizontal video cropped down afterwards, which is what most photographers hand you.
Is the AI staging going to get me in trouble with the MLS?
Not the way it's delivered here. Every virtually staged or sky-replaced image comes clearly labelled and paired with the untouched original, so you can disclose it properly and upload whichever version your MLS rules require. Enhancement is there to win the click, never to create a surprise at the showing.
What areas do you serve?
Real estate agents throughout Sarasota and Charlotte counties — Sarasota, North Port, Port Charlotte, Venice, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Outside that radius, ask; it's usually still a yes.
What equipment do you use?
A full-frame Canon EOS 5D with Canon L-series ultra-wide lenses, edited in Adobe Lightroom for true, vibrant colour — the same class of gear used for national real estate and architectural work. It's in a bright yellow case, which is how most agents recognise her on site.

Vertical walkthroughs for Sarasota, Port Charlotte & Venice listings
Right now, organic reach on Reels and TikTok is criminally underpriced. The algorithm is actively pushing native vertical video to people who don't follow you — for free — while every other agent in your market is still uploading horizontal MLS photos to a square grid.
That gap won't stay open forever. Every Social Seller and Luxury shoot includes a 9:16 walkthrough cut specifically for the feed — so your seller sees a marketing plan, and the next seller sees an agent who already looks like the obvious choice.
